CONDITION

 

Reservation

All services should be booked through Andaman Travel Deals Limited Partnership

 

PAYMENT CONDITION

 

• 50% of the net tour amount must be deposit 30 days prior to the arrival
• The rest of the amount must be settle one week before the arrival.
• Cash on arrival can be also acceptable for those clients who do not have enough time to transfer the payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation takes effect upon the day of receipt of your written cancellation announcement either by e-mail or fax.

Cancellation fees are as follow:

29 days to 20 days prior to arrival 20% of the total amount
19 days to 8 days prior to arrival 25% of the total amount
Less then 7 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount

(Note: As an exception, cancellation fees may vary according to the category of hotel, and location.)

 

Cancellation less than 48 Hours : The company will take all deposit 50 % to cover the company's advance of booking and expense.

 

Cancellation of the Tour group, who make booking during holiday period, high season, festival : The company will not refund the deposit if not following to our condition of cancellation policy.

 

REFUND

After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the program and not utilized by the clients.
